Event Information

The round-table discussion will feature a variety of practice and procedure scenarios and attendees will be invited to exchange views on approaches and considerations. We look forward to a lively, engaging and informative session during which refreshments will be provided by our hosts BTG Advisory. Space is limited and attendance will be on a first come first served basis. Rules of play apply (see below).

Rules of Play:

1] Prior to the event attendees may be invited to submit procedural situations experienced if they wish. The submissions should not include any identifying case names or details as of course confidentiality must be maintained.

2] Chatham House Rules will apply.

3] The Chair will choose the situations for discussion. In the time available, it may not be possible to address all submissions.

4] The Chair may exercise editorial control to keep the discussion moving along.

The Chair:

Daniel Djanogly FCIArb C.Arb: Daniel is a Partner at Begbies Traynor Group (Co-Head, Forensic Services, BTG Advisory). He is an experienced Chartered Arbitrator, expert determiner and forensic accountant (Chartered Accountant) expert witness. Daniel specialises in accounting, financial and valuation issues in M&A, shareholder, partnership and other complex commercial disputes.
