Please join us for a rare opportunity to witness different styles of cross-examination of quantum experts by two rising stars of the English bar. The mock cross-examinations, before sole arbitrator Lord Neuberger, will demonstrate a variety of advocacy techniques and strategies. Following the cross-examinations, there will be a short discussion amongst the speakers about different advocacy styles and techniques. A Q&A session will also be held (time permitting).
Lord Neuberger: Lord Neuberger is a former Master of the Rolls and President of the United Kingdom Supreme Court and started practising as an arbitrator and legal expert in 2017. Speaker's bio.
