Description:

The Young Members Group of the Ciarb London Branch is pleased to host this in-person seminar where we will:

  • Discuss the growing trend of disputes in the renewable energy sector, including construction disputes, commercial disputes and investor-state disputes.
  • Consider arbitration’s role as the natural forum for renewable energy disputes and whether it is fit for purpose.
  • Look to the future and consider whether the pursuit to net zero means there will be more disputes of this kind.

  • Seminar starts at 6.30pm and will last until approx. 7.45pm
  • Drinks / networking reception from 7.45pm to 9pm
