Event Information

Latham & Watkins, in association with Ciarb Young Members Group London Branch and Analysis Group, is pleased to invite you to a panel and live demonstration of how expert hot-tubbing can be used effectively in international arbitration.

Using a case study, the panel will demonstrate both an effective form of expert hot-tubbing to assist a tribunal, and a less effective format to highlight the pitfalls of using this tool in international arbitration.
Following the demonstration there will be an opportunity for further discussion over networking drinks.
