The panel will walk through innovations introduced in the LCIA Rules 2020, provide data on what the take up has been, discuss what further innovations users want to see, and consider whether institutions need to include more safeguards in their rules to protect the integrity of arbitration.
Tope Adeyemi, Barrister, 33 Bedford Row, Chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London Branch, will open the session.
