The CIArb London Branch invites you to join us for our next seminar, which focuses on disputes in the energy sector. CMS is kindly hosting and sponsoring.
This three-panel, half-day event is designed to engender analysis and discussion of the underlying commercial and political drivers in various energy markets, regions and disputes: what is happening now, what looks likely to happen going forward, and how current trends, difficulties, risks and opportunities are impacting - and will continue to impact - cross-border investments and the disputes deriving from them.
