This hybrid event organised by Ciarb’s London Branch and the LCIA this year is hosted by Osborne Clarke. Our panellists will lead a discussion on the very important topic of arbitrator conflicts and disclosures. Our speakers represent the various perspectives involved from counsel, to arbitrator to institution, and arbitration thought leadership. We will look at the current status of these issues and then will explore whether and how things should change in order to adapt to our fast-changing world bearing in mind everything from geopolitics to the use of AI.
