Join Fladgate and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators London Branch for an evening seminar on the ICC Rules 2026 and their practical impact. Following the rules entry into force on 1 June 2026. Our speakers will discuss how the rules are working in practice and what to look out for. 

They will also share their insights into other related emerging trends in international arbitration.

Welcome remarks will be delivered by Paul Kinninmont FCIArb, Partner at Freeths and Chair of the Ciarb London Branch.

The discussion will be chaired by Tope Adeyemi FCIArb, Barrister and Arbitrator, 33 Bedford Row Chambers.
Closing remarks will be delivered by Joel Seager, Partner at Fladgate.
Refreshments and networking will follow the Panel discussion.
