Rosemary Jackson QC

Rosemary is a domestic and international mediator at Keating Chambers, where she is a Deputy Head of Chambers. Before moving into full-time mediation Rosemary practised as a barrister but also sat as a part time judge, an adjudicator and arbitrator but has found her passion. Her most important job, however, has been as Mother to her twins, now 28.

Susan Lindsey C.Arb FCIArb

Susan is a barrister whose practice is construction and engineering. Before being called to the Bar she practiced as a Chartered Architect. For the last 7 years Susan has focused solely on undertaking tribunal/neutral work in a range of capacities, including as a UK construction adjudicator. Susan has found her conciliatory skills particularly valuable over the last year while locked down with her teenagers.

Dorothy is the founding and Managing Partner of Dorothy Ufot & Co, a leading law firm in Nigeria where she heads the International Arbitration and Litigation departments. She is an immediate past Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and is on the AAA/ICDR, ICSID, ICC, KCAB International, CIARB, HKIAC, DIAC, SIAC, BAC/BIAC, EDAC panels and the Energy Arbitrators’ List. Dorothy won the prestigious African Arbitrator of the Year award 2020.

Kim is an international arbitrator, DAB member and UK construction adjudicator at Crown Office Chambers, specializing in complex infra structure disputes. Since taking silk she focused on tribunal work. She has a reputation for clarity, strong case management and sound strategic judgment – all tested regularly by her philosopher daughter and magician son.
