The Young Members Group of the CIArb London Branch is pleased to host this webinar with Toby Landau KC, where we will:

• Discuss Mr Landau’s distinguished career as a lawyer and advocate and his instrumental impact on arbitration, particularly in relation to his work as a draftsman of the English Arbitration Act 1996.
• Draw on Mr Landau’s extensive experience in commercial and investment treaty arbitration to provide younger practitioners with guidance on developing the right skills to pursue a career in commercial law and arbitration.

Toby Landau KC is one of the preeminent arbitration practitioners of his generation and acts as a barrister, advocate and arbitrator. He is a member of the Bars of England & Wales, Singapore, New York, the BVI and Northern Ireland, and is registered in the DIFC. Mr Landau practices in London as a sole practitioner and in Singapore from Duxton Hill Chambers.
